Warranty Policy

General Terms of Warranty:

 

1.    All our electronic products are guaranteed for two years by the manufacturer's warranty

 

2.    The warranty services we provide do not fall under. This includes the availability of spare parts, the repair period and/or the quality of the repair, and the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly in the event of any complaint or inquiry for the required service.

 

3.    To benefit from the warranty services, please ensure that the original invoice for the product is available in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card for the device is brought if available)

 

4.    In some cases, a delivery representative will be sent to receive the product from the registered address and send it to the seller or authorized service center, in this case the inspection period will be 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse until the date of dispatch with the representative

 

5.    The customer can obtain. Replacement product or refund of purchase value after deducting the cost of use and missing accessories if eligible, within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.**

6.    The life cycle of each product may vary and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized person for more details.

7.    We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that have been classified as out of warranty and you have refused the repair price.

8.    The warranty does not include damages resulting from accidents, misuse or incorrect use, liquid spills, or other external causes.

9.    The customer must ensure that the product is packed in the original carton or packed properly to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and we will not bear responsibility in the event of breakage or damage to the product in this case and the product that has been lifted from warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.

Device Pickup and Delivery Policy:

The delivery service requires four to seven working days and in this case it will not be counted from the repair period.

* Pickup and delivery service is not considered part of the repair time for the product.

** The usage value is calculated at 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase so that the value does not exceed 80% of the product value.

This warranty applies only to products that you purchase within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates or one of the Gulf countries ("the country"). The replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and the amounts paid will only be refunded to accounts located within the country only.

In the event that the customer refuses to receive the product after completing the warranty request processing, the product will be stored in our warehouses for a maximum period of seven (7) days, and the customer will not have the right to request a return of the product after this period has expired.

 

Note: Please always keep the original product box to ensure obtaining warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions of some maintenance centers.
